Dear Mr. Rizet,

For your invitation letter to the Budapest COST meeting to be held on 27 April 2006 we are sending you enclosed some information leaflets as well as forms to be filled in by the invited participants. i.e.

- draft registration form (please modify if necessary)
- map indicating the Hungarian Central Statistical Office and the recommended hotels in the vicinity
- list of recommended hotels
- menu possibilities of the dinner on 26 April.

Please be informed that the COST meeting will be organized in the main building of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (HCSO), address: H-1024 Budapest, Keleti Károly utca 7.

Lunch will be organized in a neighbouring restaurant.

If the participants want to book their hotel rooms through HCSO, they are kindly requested to send the registration form filled in accordingly to the HCSO, Ms. Alexandra Szabo, European Coordination and International Department, e-mail: alexandra.szabo@ksh.hu, fax: (36-1)345-6374 by 10 March 2006 at the latest. Ms. Szabo is pleased to assist in any technical matters.

If the participants would like to make the room reservation by themselves, in order to have the reservation at the indicated price, they should refer to "COST meeting" - also till 10 March.

Please note, that after the deadline of 10th March the enlisted hotels do not guarantee available rooms due to the long weekend of the end of month April.

We would like to ask the participants to fill the leaflet on dinner as well. The dinner will be held at 26th April starting with 20:30 at a restaurant with typical Hungarian cousine near Budapest Hotel.

Kind regards,

Alexandra Szabó
